We provide independent comparison and procurement support for UK business utilities. Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing by the chosen supplier.

2. No upfront fees

Our service is funded by the supplier on successful switch and disclosed in your quote. You will never receive an unexpected invoice from us.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse its functionality. All content is owned by Energy Savings Direct or its licensors.

4. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care preparing quotes but cannot be held liable for supplier errors, mid-contract market movements or any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or anything we cannot lawfully exclude.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
